Board of Directors

Mrs. Lisa Franklin
Chairman, Founder and President

Mrs. Franklin founded the Alpha-Omega Miracle Home (AOMH) in 1999 as a refuge and care center for underage pregnant girls who found themselves turned out by their families. Under her leadership, AOMH has evolved from a single residence pregnancy care center in Hastings, FL into an expansive community of furnished condominiums in St. Augustine that not only houses, but provides work and funding for the continued education of homeless, single mothers and the disenfranchised elderly. The services provided by AOMH, under the stewardship of Mrs. Franklin, has helped numerous homeless, single mothers get back on their feet and provide for them and their children the lives they deserve.

Mrs. Franklin spent nearly 20 years in the retail/banking industry and five years as a business owner in the St. Augustine area before founding AOMH. Mrs. Franklin currently serves on the board of directors for the Association of Christian Child Care International and the Executive board of the Florida Association of Christian Child Caring Agencies where she served as President from 2008-2010. Mrs. Franklin is also a member of the Steering Committee for Adult Education at First Coast Technical College and the Advisory Board for St. Johns County Juvenile Detention Center.

Allie has a long-standing interest in working with youth including volunteer work with at-risk youth with group homes and as volunteer leader in his church where he currently serves on the board. Allie also serves as a technology resource supporting the technical needs of AOMH. He has served in the U.S Army, worked for Public Broadcasting Station and is currently a Project Manager at Covergys Corp. and brings over 20 years of business experience to AOMH.
